Our affiliate program is simple. When we make money, you make money!
Please review the following agreement and complete the form below. Upon completion, we will provide you with a unique URL that you can send to clients who need a loan. Once they complete it, you will be notified via email that we have received a lead from you. You will receive a fee based on our agreement once the loan closes.
The Agreement is as follows:
Boston Realty Funding LLC (BRF ) agrees to provide Referral Partner a fee in the amount of 10% of fee received by BRF on all loans closed with borrowers referred by referral agent to BRF, or up to 1 point above fee received by BRF if referring party chooses to charge an origination fee.
Referral fee shall be paid within 30 days of transaction being funded. This agreement shall be valid on all loans funded or brokered by BRF to the referred borrower, including future transactions. Referring agent must provide completed W-9 prior to referral fee being paid.
BRF may amend or terminate this agreement at any time.
Note: Referral fee shall be no less than 10% of total origination fee received by BRF.
Referral fees only paid on hard money loan products.
